I make all of these hats by hand using hand-sewn antique crepe paper. All the hats feature multiple colors of crepe paper, rosettes, fringe, etc. Reinforced with thick paper or a thin mesh fabric.
Each hat is different, and all are approximately 8" across and fit almost all heads!
