I started making these paper slipper confections 30 years ago!!! I came up with a name for them: “Cachettes”, which roughly translates to “little hiding place”. Each one is hand made and covered with German glass glitter, pom-poms and antique trims. And stuffed into these little slippers is an assortment of marzipan colored vintage fruits!
